Small workshop groups allow participants plenty of practice,
personal coaching and feedback from the programme facilitator.

- How words are not an efficient way to communicate complex situations and feelings
- How we make assumptions, fill in the gaps,
and draw the wrong conclusions.
- How we waste time in a struggle to achieve clarity.
- How people rationalise their experience to match their ability to say it.
- Why people find it hard to speak from the heart and express how they really feel.
- How clarity leads to power - and freedom.
At the end of the workshop, what you will be able to do is :
- Use the Play of Life tool kit to tackle any situation.
- Marry the Ten Minutes to Clarity tools to the tools you presently use.
- Use your professional experience with renewed precision.
- Be confident that your client knows that you know what they are saying.
- Be confident that you understand what your clients are telling you.
- Each participant will receive their personal Play of Life tool kit during the workshop.
The workshop is highly interactive and fast paced, with many Aha! moments. Fun actually.
