method of relationship mapping, also called sociometry. Relationship
mapping looks at an individual in relation to other people and
identifies the forces that make relationships productive or
dysfunctional.

book “Relationship Capital” discusses the importance of
relationships in a corporate context) and an expert in relationship

management, as well as his international experience, makes him
