collective behaviours. In this series of two-day workshops, you’ll discover the
power of the Play of Life® as a tool to debrief the Circumplex™
and other methods
with new insight and fast-track the process of behavioural modification and
transformation.
Easily incorporated into your existing array of professional tools, Play of
life techniques provides the practical skills and motivation for sustainable
change. These techniques can be used just as effectively with Right-Path, NLP, CBT, DISC, ID
and MBTI. You will learn the essentials of talent engagement, talent management,
talent retention and performance appraisal and at the same time increase your
own professionalism and satisfaction as a coach.
How
is the Play of Life methodology different?
The Play of Life was developed by Psychiatrist and Corporate Coach,
Dr Carlos A. Raimundo over 20 years ago and has been successfully and
extensively applied in Business, Psychology, Education, Personal Development,
Spirituality, and complex psychological disorders. It is an innovative, elegant,
language independent method that directly accesses the limbic system and engages
the cortical structures of the brain. The Play of Life bypasses defence
mechanisms and emotional blockages to assist people truly use the insights
gained from HS inventories as a platform for sustainable change.
In New York, 2004, Carlos was given the Innovator’s Award by the American
Society of Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy (ASGPP) for the integration of
his Play of Life methodology and his Strategic Relationship Management
techniques with neurophysiology. Carlos is currently continuing his research
into sustainable behavioural modification and Neurobiology as a PhD candidate.
Dr Carlos A Raimundo
M.D. MBA is a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychotherapist and corporate
consultant. He is a visiting lecturer at Morling College, Wesley Institute,
Macquarie University, Fuller Seminary, California and regularly speaks at
National and International Conferences. Dr Raimundo is the author of
Relationship Capital, Prentice Hall, 2002.
